Before your phone/video and home consult, I will complete an in-depth review of your current situation and goals so the support is targeted at what you want and need. I'll help you to understand why things are happening, and empower you to make the best decisions for your family.

Newborns

  • Personal plan- sleep environment, wake windows, feeding and nutrition, settling suggestions
  • 3 x 30 minute calls to use within 3 months
  • Babies 0-3 months

Great as a baby shower gift or for those who need a little reassurance!

  • No sleep plan or follow up notes- can take your own notes during call

Ideal for those who want to get things back on track after a holiday/sickness/regression, and are confident implementing the strategies. Not suitable for those who want their baby to learn to settle independently.
